the room had good wifi and i appreciated access to the bull run restaurant without leaving the premises the staff were friendly and helpful a coffee bar was conveniently located in the lobby the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
the room lightening could be improved in some areas.

The hotel is near Marc Shopping Centre. The centre includes a gym and dining options such as Wok and Roll (with Korean cuisine) and Ribs and Burgers. I used the complimentary shuttle to Nelson Mandela Square (it runs regularly). It made accessing various restaurants and shops easy. The staff was generally very helpful and friendly. They provided assistance with directions and other requests (always with a smile). The hotel has good parking and a pleasant restaurant. The breakfast had many options, and they were fresh.
My room was quite far from the lobby. It meant a longer walk each time I needed to access hotel facilities.

The breakfast buffet included diverse choices. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection and the omelet station, where chefs prepared customized omelets to order. The Bull Run restaurant is connected to the hotel and it has good food.

The room featured modern decor and it was clean. The air conditioning worked efficiently. The bathroom included a separate shower and a bathtub, each with good water pressure (a welcome feature).

The location was great to shops. I liked the fine dining nearby. rooms and beds were VERY comfortable.
Breakfast is Always disappointing AS the food is not hot. Bacon is TOUGH. I noticed that pastries are not fresh at all.
